Microsoft Excel Introduction (1 day recommended)

Microsoft Excel combines a powerful spreadsheet application with the user-friendly atmosphere of Windows. Delegates will learn the basics of creating, editing, and saving worksheets. They will work with formulas and functions to calculate and return values.  Delegates will learn to change the appearance of a page, including adding headers and footers, format data and create charts.

The course is suitable for people who need to know how to create spreadsheets or work on existing Excel spreadsheets, using formatting and calculation tools.

Microsoft Excel Intermediate (1 day recommended)

This course is designed for existing users of Excel. It show delegates how to work with multiple worksheets, create and format charts, work with complex formulas and use advanced formatting techniques.

The course is suitable for those who are comfortable working with Excel spreadsheet and who know how to enter and edit data and create formulas.

Microsoft Excel Advanced (1 day recommended)

Our advanced Excel course will show experienced Excel users how to work with lists (databases), create macros and user-defined functions, perform what-if analysis, use advanced analysis tools and work with external data.

The course is suitable for those with a good knowledge of all of Excel's basic and intermediate features and shortcuts.

Microsoft Excel Functions and Formulas (1 day recommended)

This course is aimed at experienced Excel users and focuses on the creation of formulas using the most useful functions in each of Excel's main function categories. Delegates will also be shown how to use nested functions to build complex formulas, how to audit formulas and handle formula errors.

The course is suitable for those with a good knowledge of Excel basics. Functions are at the core of Microsoft Excel and provide much of its power. However, many users find working with functions and formulas confusing and frustrating.

Microsoft Excel VBA Macros Level 1 (1 day recommended)

This introduction to VBA programming will familiarise delegates with the core features of Microsoft Excel VBA. At the end of the training, delegates will understand VBA syntax and structure and be able to write and deploy basic macros using VBA.

The course is suitable for those with a good knowledge of all of Excel's basic and intermediate features and techniques.
