Outlook Introduction (1 day)

Delegates on this course will learn the fundamentals of the Microsoft Outlook mail system, setting up, sending and receiving emails, the calendar/diary and Tasks.
The course is suitable for people who will be using Microsoft Outlook as their primary on-line e-mail and message management system.
No prior experience of Outlook is expected. Although delegates with limited experience of other organiser/e-mail applications will find their existing knowledge helpful. A working knowledge of the Windows operating system and use of the mouse and keyboard is essential.
Outlook Advanced (1 day)
£590, plus VAT, for up to 10 delegates
This course builds on delegates' fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, showing them how to use the application as a complete desktop information management system (going far beyond the main mail and calendar tasks).
This course is suitable for anyone who will be using Microsoft Outlook as their primary on-line e-mail and organising system and want to optimise their work, expand its possibilities and share files, folder, calendars etc, with other users.
Current experience of Outlook is assumed (any version). Delegates should have a working knowledge of Word as well (if Word is to be the e-mail editor within Outlook).
