Microsoft Project Training
(2007, 2003, 2002 (XP), 2000, 97)
Project Introduction (2 days)
£1,180, plus VAT, for up to 10 delegates
Our Introduction to Microsoft Project covers the basics of Microsoft Project and gets delegates to the point where they can create and begin to track their own projects. Students will learn how to define, plan and visualise projects, enter and link tasks, as well as working with resources.
The course is designed for users who wants to learn to use Microsoft Project as the primary project management tool for themselves and their team.
No previous experience of Microsoft Project is required for this course although familiarity with the Windows operating system and with using a mouse and keyboard are both essential.
Project Advanced (1 day)
£590, plus VAT, for up to 10 delegates
This course builds on day-to-day project management using Microsoft Project, covering the advanced features of the application with heavy emphasis on analysis and the customisation of the application itself. Topics include PERT analysis, creation of pivot tables, working with macros and the use and creation of templates.
The course is suitable for high level users of Microsoft Project, potentially Project Managers, who have a leading role in using this application as the main tool for tracking projects and who wish to customise Microsoft Project to closely match their own projects.
Delegates should ideally have sat the Intermediate course or else should have a good working knowledge of all main aspects of Microsoft Project.
