The main objectives of this course is to get delegates to a point where they are comfortable navigating around Windows and using the mouse. The Windows file management system is covered along with other standard Windows applications and utilities. Delegates will learn how to run programs, create and maintain files on their computer, use Windows Help features and access the Internet.

The course is suitable for anyone who will be using a current or recent version of the Windows operating system on a PC.

No experience of Windows is required. In fact, no PC experience is necessary for this course.

Our Advanced course shows experienced Windows users how to customise the way Windows works. Topics include security, advanced file maintenance, printer management, device management, troubleshooting, networking and sharing. By the end of the course, delegates will have a thorough understanding of the Windows operating system and its capabilities.

This course is designed for experienced users who wish to go beyond the day to day end user Windows tasks and move on to advanced operating system issues.

Delegates should have attended an Introduction to Windows course or be experienced Windows users. However, this course is designed for end users of the Windows operating system and is not suitable for administrators or technical staff.
