Microsoft classic active server pages offer a quick and easy way of adding interactivity to web sites, especially in the way they allow connections to be created to MS Access and other databases enabling users to search and browse through stored information. ASP is normally developed using VBScript - a variant of Visual Basic. Although now superceded by ASP.Net, there is a huge number of web sites that still implement ASP technology.
Our in-depth 3 day course is designed to thoroughly familiarise developers with the Active Server Pages (ASP) environment. It will show new developers how to create or maintain dynamic data-driven websites.
This course is suitable for web developers with a good knowledge of HTML and the creation of web pages as well as a basic familiarity with databases.
